What reporting is available?
In our cloud portal you get access to lots of pre-made reports for general usage, user and member engagement, notification for inactive radios and data for specific radios, if you need anything else we can make it.
So how is this actually different from radio?
SmartRadio devices use 3G, 4G and 5G mobile for their connectivity, they are connected to the internet and the communication system is in the cloud instead of a cupboard. This gives them unlimited range, clearer audio calls, far more resilience and a reduced cost.
Is it secure?
It is, all data between the device and the server is encrypted, any data stored on the server is encrypted at rest. SmartRadio is more secure than a lot of old school radio networks.
Where is the platform hosted?
Our server are all based in the UK and we use the Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform for hosting, which comes with countless security certifications from the Police and UK Government.
