Do I really not have to pay for this?
Not a penny, as long as you are a CRP, BID or local authority operating a crime reduction partnership we will sponsor you for the full value of the Alert.
Can I operate separate day and night systems?
Of course you can, insight an Alert scheme you can have an unlimited number of content groups, so you can split access to your data as much as you need to. If you operate more than one CRP you can have as many separate schemes as you need. It's accessed on system with one account.
What happens if there is an issue?
We have a dedicated support team for all of our products that are available 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday. For any major issues that happen outside of business hours we have an emergency support line and on call engineers.
Is there training for me and my members?
We have pre-recorded training videos covering the main functionality in the app for your users to watch. You with initial onboarding sessions to help you get started with Alert and training sessions for you and your team.
